Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy Appointment & Events

1. Appointment Cancellation

a. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice and we will do our best to reschedule your session.

2. How to Cancel Your Appointment

a. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us on 07564 832 796 or email us info@shinrinhealth.co.uk between the hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

 

3. Late Cancellations/No-Shows Charges

a. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the full amount of the missed appointment fee.

b. For new clients’ first appointment, a no show or late cancellation will result in 50% charge of the new client fee.

c. Any charges made as a result of a late cancellation or no-show will be invoiced. By engaging with Shinrin Health’s services I understand payment is due within 2 days of the invoice date to the nominated bank account as set out in writing by BW. Any payment not received within 2 days of invoice date will be liable to legal action and all future Services will be suspended until payment has been received.

4. Event/Courses Cancellation

a. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the Event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3-6 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive a refund.

5. How to Cancel Your Event/Courses
